Tired of gross, slimy wilted herbs & salad greens after only a couple of days? They need to stay dry, yet still get moisture. There’s a simple solution that I thought of all by myself. Chop the ends off the stems (don’t chop the stems off though) and stick them in a cup of water. These are Dixie cups for hot coffee. The cilantro is over two weeks old, the spinach a week. It’s like having a garden in your fridge!
