They call this a white peach. It’s a lighter color outside, and has a paler yellow flesh inside than a regular peach. I’d like to immortalize it in a drawing, but it’d rot before I did so, so it’d serve a better purpose in my stomach as a smoothie.

Green Goodness!

Look at what can be done with a simple $12 Michael Graves blender. A surprisingly good, very thick, spoonable concoction made from buttermilk, celery, flat Italian parsley, a quarter of a banana, a slice of Granny Smith apple, and spinach. That’s pretty much the order in which I put the ingredients in the jar, too. No sugar added or needed! I love the color of this smoothie - adding blueberries would have muddied it, if you remember your color theory - and I’m happy to finally find a use for leftover parsley. Who knew you could eat it. It’s delicious.
