Scrapple Joy. Thaw in refrigerator overnight. Slice thin but not too thin, about 1/4” to 1/2”. Fry SLOWLY (in not as much grease as I show, scrapple is a sponge) until brown. It will spatter badly, so you have to keep the heat low and let it take its time. Eat as a sandwich, with eggs, or however the hell you choose. Food shouldn’t have that many rules. Ready to try some?
